Reinvented Software has updated Feeder, an RSS editor for creating news feeds, podcasts and appcasts. Version 1.5 includes: an updated user interface for Mac OS X Leopard support for thumbnails for video podcasts with the Media RSS extension password-less SFTP improvements for tagging MP4 video files, item editing and Sparkle appcasts. For podcasters, Feeder includes full support for the iTunes RSS podcasting extensions, drag and drop episode creation, an iTunes Store preview and the ability to tag all popular podcast media files. Feeder can publish feeds and associated files via FTP, SFTP, .Mac and file export. Update Details: In Feeder 1.5, video podcasting support is improved with thumbnails using the Media RSS extension. Suicide Bombing Kills Woman in Israel
An Israeli police explosives robot removes clothing from the body of a suicide bomber at the scene of an attack in the town of Dimona, southern Israel, Monday, Feb. 4, 2008. A suicide bomber on Monday blew himself up in the southern town that houses Israel's secretive nuclear reactor, killing at least one Israeli and wounding six, one critically, Israeli authorities said. Moblog: Nokia gives us a new word
Nokia has begun shipping a camera phone with video-editing and mobile-blogging features in Europe, Africa and the Asia-Pacific region. The phone maker said its 7610 phone can capture, edit, store, print and send pictures and videos. The handset comes with a Kodak application designed to let users upload pictures to a virtual photo album on the web. Images can be printed using a Bluetooth connection to a compatible printer or at kiosks at Nokia stores and other photo shops. Nokia recently announced a site called Lifeblog that lets subscribers archive mobile phone photos in chronological order, along with other data, including text, video and audio, using a personal mobile web log, or 'moblog'. With camera phones becoming more popular, service providers are setting up moblogs that let users transfer pictures from their phones onto the net.

It has been my finding that no matter how trying some parental decisions and moments may be, witnessing a smile on a child's face on Christmas morning, being given a hug, a firm handshake by a young adult as they leave for college or simply being told goodnight before another day comes to an end are great rewards.
